Styles, Colors, and Inventory

For the most current listing of styles, colors and inventory visit our website at loralinn.com please note that based on demand and sales LORA/LINN reserves the right to discontinue styles, colors and size without prior notification.  Each item is hand made and as such no two items are exactly alike.  LORA/LINN strives to create each item to resemble the image shown on our website but makes no claims that every item is exactly the same.  Due to the nature of using recycled and re-purposed materials variances may occur.

Order Placing and Shipping

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 72 hours from when they are placed and payment has been received. Additions to orders already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. All merchandise will be shipped FOB origin.  LORA/LINN uses USPS as well as UPS (at our discretion) to handle its shipments. All terms and conditions of those shipping companies apply. Please refer to the respective company for details.

Standard Shipping Costs

*Free Shipping (when available) applies to all retail customer purchases.  When selecting this shipping option, LORA/LINN will, at our discretion, ship your order using the least expensive shipping method.  Delivery times will vary and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are determined by your order. All methods of shipping which are available, are shown at checkout.  It is the buyers responsibility to select the method of shipping that is desired.

Shipping Times

The times listed are an estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

Confirmations

If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. LORA/LINN will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. Please contact us if you did not receive a confirmation.

Shipping Issues

LORA/LINN will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damaged during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Insuring the product is up to the buyer not the responsibility of LORA/LINN.  If you wish to add insurance to your order, please email us with your order number immediately upon checkout at: sales@loralinn.com

Delivery

LORA/LINN will ship merchandise specified by the customer. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with carrier.

Shipping Discrepancies

Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignees responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with LORA/LINN before items are used or garments are worn. LORA/LINN will not accept any claims if items appear used or garments appear worn or altered due to incorrect shipments.

Returns and Claim Policy

It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise once received. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! Once merchandise is altered or worn in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make any exchanges.

Claims and Cancellation

All claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of goods. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. Return shipments will be refused if not accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization code. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns beyond LORA/LINN control.
